To prevent a burnout you need to make lists. A to-call-list, a to-do-list, a to-order-list, a to-whatever-list. New jobs need to get on the right list and by planning you prioritize. Don’t know what job needs your attention next? Ask your supervisor to help you prioritizing your lists. And remember, the answer: everything, is not acceptable.
3. Highly Sensitive Person: Set your own Value for Perfect
Trying to live up to everybody’s expectations will burn you out quickly. Before you know it your only concern is what others – and especially your boss – will think of your performance and you are challenging yourself beyond your limits.

4. Prevent burnout: Put a lot of oil on you back

On a party, it could be the person next to you. Now visualize an air bubble and put yourself and the thing or person nearby with you in that air bubble. Block out everything else. Now move your air bubble through the party or supermarket if necessary.
You might have the tendency to hide under your bed and stay indoors forever. But that never healed anyone. Instead, take your air bubble out and go to the mall. Is your high sensitivity getting letting you stay there for only ten minutes? Then ten minutes is what it is. Go again and again and try to expand your air bubble and the time you can spend.
